Black Swan Theatre Ambassadors

Student Ambassador

In 2014, Lumen Christi College Year 12 student, Alysha Curran will be a Student Ambassador for the Black Swan Theatre. Year 12 high school students are nominated in Year 11 by their teachers to become an ambassador the following year. The other 2014 WA high school Student Ambassadors are: Georgia Carter, Madeleine Jolly-Fuentes, and Madison Gracie.

Black Swan Student Ambassadors receive the following benefits:

  • Two complimentary tickets to suitable Black Swan performances.
  • The opportunity to create a pre-show event in conjunction with Black Swan for other students, such as an artist talk, behind the scenes tour, or meet and greet snacks function. This event will be outside of school hours and will coincide with a performance suited to their age group.
  • Two complimentary tickets to the 2014 season launch, held at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia on 15 October 2013
  • A complimentary two hour workshop for their school
  • Invitation to attend any appropriate talks, events, discussions and other opportunities to engage with Black Swan during 2014

 

Teacher Ambassador

Lumen Christi College's new Drama Teacher, Mrs Nadia Spain will also be representing us at Black Swan. Nadia has been appointed Teacher Ambassador. Nadia will be attending shows and writing reviews on the performances as part of her role for the Black Swan Theatre Company.
